Millennium Philcon Concerts
Concerts will be held in the Marriott Franklin Hall A, on the fourth floor. Look (and listen!) for an assortment of music.
During the days, you'll find folk, filk and world music including MUSIC FOR THE GODDESS, some kind of music (or cooking???) with MR. VAGUE, Ellen Kushner's SOUND AND SPIRIT (yes, the radio show with a live performace with Ellen) and you'll RISE UP SINGING with the creators of fandom's favorite songbook - Peter Blood Patterson and Annie Patterson and lots more.
The Evening entertainment starts off Thursday night with Chicago's Jazz Piano duo, Karen Penrose and Peter Suffredin.
Friday is Progressive Rock night with jazzy VENUS MOON AND THE GAS GIANTS and a prog-rock spectacle with THE RED MASQUE.
Saturday night you'll groove to Intergalactic Bump from TRAP DOOR. We finish out our nights of concert programming Sunday night with an Electronic Performance and Workshop from DON SLEPIAN, and keep ya going all night with no sleep with NULLSLEEP.
At night, we'll also have DJs in-between sets and after the performances until the wee hours. Also, maybe some surprises... you never know.
Check out the websites to learn more about our exciting performers. And watch this spot for more information and specific times.
